2 Account Registration & Eligibility

- Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Single Account Policy
- Each person may only open one account.
- Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
- Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure.
- Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

General Bonus Rules
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
- The value of bets placed with bonus funds must remain within the predetermined maximum limit.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 467bd may cancel any bonuses and suspend the account.
- Any unused bonus will be automatically removed after the promotional period ends.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

- Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.

- No additional charges apply to deposits.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
- Bank transfers may take up to 24 business hours to process.
- Daily withdrawal limit: BDT 50,000.
Important: Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. This will require you to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport.
5 Betting Rules

Any activity that violates the 467bd Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. Involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating artificial betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
- Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a means of money laundering.
- Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
- Data Theft: Attempting to collect or use account information belonging to other members.
- Fraud: Operating an account using a false identity.
- Automation: Using bots or other software to automate betting.
If any suspicious activity is detected, 467bd reserves the right to suspend the account until the investigation is complete. Further action will be taken based on the outcome of the investigation.

9 Account Closure & Suspension
467bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the circumstances listed below. Account closure decisions are generally final, though members have the opportunity to raise a reasonable objection.
- Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- If false or incomplete registration information is provided.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- If the user requests to close their own account.
If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed.
A maintenance fee of BDT 100 or 5% of the total balance (whichever is lower) may apply each month to inactive accounts. However, the balance will never fall below zero.
10 Dispute Resolution & Legal Provisions

- Step 1: First, report the issue through the support chat. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
- Step 2: If your issue remains unresolved, send a detailed email and you will receive a response within 72 hours.
- Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved, a complaint may be submitted to our licensing authority.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of 467bd's licensing jurisdiction. The relevant judicial jurisdiction will apply in the event of any legal dispute.
